Hiding self injury fresh cuts?
Lets get this straight, i understand i have a problem and i am trying to sort it. Read on.
I have been trying to stop self harming myself for quite a while now, and it was going quite well until a few days back when i have a huge relapse and cut myself again. I have gym class tomorrow and we have to wear t shirts. We can't wear sweatbands or watches during the class. I have no idea how to hide it. Band aids look retarded (well thats what others think, not myself). They are new cuts and can't be covered by makeup. Help me, i'm freaking out!!!!

well, they cant force you to wear teeshirts. Tell your coach you're not feeling well, & you wanna' cover up with a jacket. or have your mom write a note for whatever you can think of like, my leg hurts everytime i run, because..i banged it 2 days ago? idk, but fresh cuts can be covered, like the person said. dont hurt your self, please. I know. "its the only pain you can control" but then again, dont wear longsleeves, dont cover them up[. maybe its about' time someone found out, its about time someone knew, someone could help you. Because if you dont, everytime your in pain, you're gonna take the blade out & cut yourself. i had a friend once, lets call her Lauren. She cut herself for about a year, she stopped. & then started again, stopped, started. stopped, then. ya' know what. one day she got bored of cutting herselfs; instead. she downed a cup of bleach. She didnt think it'd every lead to that, she thought it was just a way to control pain. But shes dead today, regrettng in her grave. god bless her soul; anywas. tell someone, noone deserves to selfharm themselfs, your gonna end up in a deeper hole, everytime you cut, you're gonna go a little deeper.
