Outlook: Where do I find my old e-mails within the Outlook 2007 folders on my OLD Hard Drive?
Hi there. Thank you for reading my post.
Last weekend my old computer went (Mother Board died) I retrieved the Hard Drive with everything on it, programmes work etc, but I can't find the e-mail, and addresses. Can anyone tell me where to locate them and how to move them over to the new hard drive and where to put them so that Outlook 2007 can read them.

You don't give enough information to answer, are you using Outlook to get ISP mail or work mail? With an Exchange server? POP? IMAP?
Generally speaking there is probably a file called an 'ost' or 'pst' file on your old hard drive. This contains all your mail and etc. Do a search on your old hard drive for files that end in "ost" and "pst" (the two types it could be). If it's PST import it from the Outlook file menu, if it's OST you are going to need this thing; http://officerecovery.com/exchange/ that will turn it from an OST to a PST. Your mail addresses may be in a file that ends in 'oab'.
Best of luck, recovering mail from a personal Outlook program is more dark art than enlightened science.
